1. Once confirmed, the schedule should be followed regularly.
2. Schedule changes are only allowed in case of emergencies or time-related issues.
3. Frequent schedule changes may cause problems for teachers.
4. Please do not discuss or finalize class schedules with teachers without informing the Admin Team.
5. Teachers are instructed to start classes on time. If a teacher is late by more than 5 minutes, please notify us via WhatsApp immediately.
1. Inform the Admin Team at least 1 hour before the class time if you need to take leave.
2. Failure to inform the Admin Team will result in the class being marked as absent, with no make-up option.
3. Nurul Quran Institute reserves the right to cancel classes for students who remain absent for more than 3 classes without prior notice.
4. No refunds will be entertained for missed classes.
5. Make-up classes are available if prior notice is given to the Admin Team.
1. Monthly fees are payable in advance every month from the registration date.
2. Discuss fee plans with the Admin Team after trial classes.
3. Pay fees on the due date to avoid any issues.
4. Contact the Admin Team if you have any concerns about late fees or payments.
5. Nurul Quran Institute reserves the right to stop classes if payment is overdue by more than 7 days.
1. Do not share contact information (phone number, email address, social media accounts, credit card information, etc.) with teachers.
2. Nurul Quran Institute is not responsible for any misuse of shared contact information.
3. Teachers are not allowed to ask for or share their contact information with students or parents.

2. Please do not discuss payments or extra matters with teachers. Contact the Admin Team instead.
